Obtain API Key
Easily Obtain API key and manage endpoints for each key from your Flubel DEV console before your code editor starts.
API keys are not automatically protected in the event of public exposure. To maintain security, ensure that your API keys remain private. If a key is compromised, immediately disable or revoke it to prevent unauthorized access.
API Keys are essential to make requests to Sentient API, Along with Keys it is mandatory for those keys to be Active and Provisoned.
Pathway
Go to AI Console
Once on the AI Console home page, locate the 'API Key' button (as shown in the image below). Click this button to be redirected to the API Key management page, where you can create, view, and manage your API keys.

Create a new Key
Once you are on the API Key Management page, click the "Create API Key" button to generate a new key.On this page, you can also:
- View the status of existing API keys
- Delete or disable individual keys as needed
Ensure you manage your keys securely to prevent unauthorized access. For more information regarding API Key status visit API Keys section.

Give the Key a Name
Key names are just to identify the key and do not affect the functionality of the API key itself. Choose a name that helps you remember the purpose of the key.Go crazy!

Define key Endpoints
API Key endpoints define which specific functionality the key is authorized to access. When generating an API key, you can select the endpoints the key will be able to interact with.
If the key has access to one endpoint then using it with any other endpoint will return a 403 Forbidden error with the following json

Endpoints cannot be modified after selection.
Key Creation & Provisioning
Once all the previous steps are completed, the API key will enter the Provisioning state. During this time, the key cannot be used. Provisioning typically takes 5 seconds to 3 minutes, depending on server status.Ensure that your system time is accurate and up to date. If the system time is incorrect, provisioning will fail, and the key will be permanently disabled. In such cases, you must generate a new key.
Additionally, your API key will only be shown once. Make sure to securely store it in a safe place.
